Information we process
We process your sign-in details, business profile, selected workspace sections, AI requests, credit balance, payment identifiers and technical logs. PayPal handles payment details; do not send card numbers to CrewEvo.
Why we use it
We use this information to sign you in, save your workspace, answer AI requests, track credit usage, verify payments, prevent abuse and handle support.
Service providers
Google Firebase and Google Cloud provide authentication, database and hosting services. AI requests and business context may be sent to Google Gemini or Vertex AI. PayPal processes checkout. These providers may process information outside your country under their own terms.
Storage and retention
Workspace data and payment records are stored on our servers. Some chat text may only remain in your current browser session. We keep data needed to operate your account, investigate issues and meet applicable record-keeping duties. Backups and records required by law may remain after account closure.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct or delete your account data by emailing support. We may need to verify your identity. Do not include passwords, API keys or sensitive customer data in chat.
