Buying credits
Prices are in US dollars. PayPal shows the payment before you approve it. Purchases are one-time payments. Your bank or PayPal may apply currency conversion charges.
What a credit covers
One successful AI draft uses one credit. Credits do not mean that code was deployed or a business task was completed. A failed request is not marked as completed; contact us if your balance appears incorrect.
Requesting a refund
Email your account email, PayPal order ID and a description of the issue. We review unused-credit requests, duplicate payments and service problems individually. Do not send your payment password or card details.
Payment problems
If a payment was taken but credits did not arrive, ask us to check it before paying again. Approved refunds are processed through PayPal; processing times depend on the provider.
Consumer rights
Nothing on this page limits mandatory cancellation or refund rights under applicable law. PayPal dispute and protection rules may also apply according to their terms.
